Blu-U® treatment is a process by which photosensitizing agent (Levulan®) is applied to your skin. The Levulan® is then activated with a specific wavelength of light, which "turns it on." Levulan® has been used extensively for the treatment of a variety of different skin conditions, and it is FDA approved for the treatment of sun damaged skin.

BLU-U® is a very special blue light that can kill acne bacteria on the skin. Treatments are usually a 15-minute session about once or twice per week.
